Once i handed the wrapped present to my daughter on Christmas day, she wanted it to be the last present to open,meanwhile she didn’t let go of it while opening the rest of her presents. I ordered this for my daughters birthday, original estimated delivery date at the time of I placed order said item would arrive past her birthday. I was super exited when order arrived early. We had a minor set back when we opened and found we were sent the wrong pendant than originally ordered. However contacted support via Chat and received excellent service and to my surprise was rushed the correct necklace. We received the correct and my daughter loved it.

I purchased this gift for my daughter and it certainly didn't disappoint. Not only was the necklace absolutely beautiful, the lighted wooden box exceeded my expectations. I am now looking into getting one for my wife. The only suggestion I would make would be to have the font on the print be a little larger and spread from the lid to the base of the box so it's a little easier to read. Other than that I was not disappointed in any way. Would recommend!!

Truly meaningful Gift

We were so excited to receive these beautiful necklaces. Unfortunately, when we received them, they were severely damaged during shipping. When I sent pictures to their customer service this AMAZING company sent two more necklaces in the beautiful wooden boxes!!! I loved it. As I was reading it to her she started to tear up. I got a little teary eyed just before I finished reading it to her. She wore it to her homecoming dance that night at her school. Both of my daughters were touched, not only by the message that was written, but also by the necklace with a heart shaped and diamond. The box is beautifully, made, and well constructed and worth double the amount I paid for. I opted for the light to come on when they opened the box and read the message and saw the necklace.
